First off, I apologize for the volume change and my awkwardness. I’m not used to talking into a camera or making videos yet nor was I used to the video editing on Windows Live Movie Maker.
I also apologize if it’s difficult to read the captions on what to do! I was originally suppose to do a voice over but I ran out of time.

Most inexpensive? Budget= $100
It really depends on what kind of look your using them for but I’d say..
Eyeliner: MAC - they have an eyeliner for every use, there’s gel, there’s liquid, there’s a pencil for the waterline, pencil for the top lashline etc and they’re really long wearing aswell.
Mascara: Shu Uemura - comes in natural, intense black, volume, waterproof
Eyeshadow: Illamasqua has really great pigmented colours so you won’t need to use a lot of product to build up the intensity!
